I spent years being who everyone needed.
Then I remembered myself.
I was married for twenty-seven years.
I built a career in financial services that spanned three decades. I raised two beautiful daughters. I showed up for everyone, every time, in every way that was asked of me. And somewhere inside all of that, quietly and slowly, I lost myself.
I was unhealthy, unhappy, and suffocating in a life that had been built entirely around everyone else's needs. There was no community for women like me. No mentor who stood exactly where I was standing. No honest conversation happening anywhere that felt like it included me. So I did what capable women do. I kept going. I kept performing. I kept being everything to everyone while quietly losing myself in the process.
Then my marriage ended. I was forty-seven years old. I did not know who I was outside of the roles I played. Wife. Mother. Professional. The woman who held everything together.
What followed were two of the most difficult and clarifying years of my life. It was my Re-Awakening.
What I found on the other side was a life I actually designed. At 50 I chose love again. Intentionally, from a place of wholeness I had never known before. Not from need. Not from fear of being alone. From genuine, clear-eyed desire for a partner I chose because I finally knew who I was well enough to know who I was choosing.
I built this platform rooted in thirty years of watching brilliant women get excluded from their own lives: their own finances, their own futures, their own becoming. And I built the community I wish I had when I needed it most.
